What does the sign up cost?

Nothing, the event and also the 1:1 sessions are free of charge.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. 14 days free trial starts after your account is completely set up. We make sure you have everything you need to effectively use Klar before that.

How do you calculate the monthly fee?

We want Klar to be affordable for brands of all sizes. Therefore our pricing is based on your net revenue (so after returns and taxes) in the last 12 months and gets adjusted every 3 months, unless you are in the yearly subscription where we re-calculate it every 12 months.

Do you have a minimum contract term?

No. You can pick the monthly option which allows you to cancel each month. You can instead also pick the annual option, which locks in your current rate for the next 12 months. In that case you can cancel after the 12 months are over.

Are there any set-up costs?

No. No need to pay for any onboarding. But that doesn't mean that we leave you alone. During onboarding we will help you to ensure that everything is set up 100%.
